Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. If 15 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Goods that are exempt from being returned include hygiene products such as shaving razors and insoles, unless we can determine that they are in fact unused and never opened.

Once your return is received it will be inspected to ensure the item is:
If the item passes inspection your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Should the item not pass inspection we will notify you as to why the item cannot be refunded. We will then give you the option to send the time back to you or provide you with a partial refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@garosgoods.com.
Closeout/Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@garosgoods.com and send your item to: PO Box 256 Edwards CA 93523.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
How to return an item
When returning items provide Name, Address, and original purchase date to aid in quick returns/refunds. We typically provide a packing slip with each order, include the packing slip if you have it as it will provide us will all relevant information needed.
Please contact us at sales@garosgoods.com prior to sending items back as long as you contact us within 14 days we will honor the return assuming you ship the item within 1 week of contact. Please send items back to PO Box 256 Edwards CA 93523.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the shipment does not show as delivered we will not accept responsibility.
